Paper Roll Production Line

This line is to produce out the toilet rolls and kitchen rolls, kitchen towels , there are 5 parts to consists to be the full line as below:

1. Non-stop rewinder and logsaw: non-stop rewinder with glue lamination to get the jumbo rolls rewinded to be small rolls and followed by logsaw cutter to cut off the small rolls to get ready for packing;

2. First time wrapper: full automatic packing machine to wrap the single rolls, double rolls, 4 rolls/pack;

3. Secondary packing: conveyors to transfer the rolls to the group packing machine;

4. Carton packing machine: to pack the rolls in cartons with manipulator;

5. Stacking system: stack the big bundle tissues or cartons onto the pallets with robot stacking system.
