Facial Tissue Production Line

1. Jumbo roll folding system: inter-folding machine to fold the jumbo rolls to be logs, at the same time to make embossers on the tissue paper, connected with logs cutting machine to cut the logs for get ready for packing;

2. Primary packing machine: to wrap the cut tissues into film or box with film packing machine or box packing machine;

3. Group (or carton) packing system: to pack the facial tissue or box tissues into bags or cartons with bag packing machine or carton packing machine;

4. Stacking system: stack the big bundle tissues or cartons onto the pallets with robot stacking system.
